Automatic feeding
Galvanized steel strip is delivered to the specified position by the feeder.
High-speed powered fastening that presses metal buckles into plywood at programmed positions, at 30–60 fastenings per minute.

After panel sizing, the DA-8000 presses metal fasteners into plywood at programmed positions, creating the connection base for steel-edge assembly. This model produces male buckles only — for matched male and female buckles from a single machine, see the Male–Female Buckle Machine. A Siemens PLC control system with Inovance servo drive keeps fastening positions consistent across long production runs, while the 120 kg hydraulic die assembly and triple-enlarged outlet keep operation smooth. An automatic steel strip decoiler and feed rack are included as standard.
30–60 fastenings per minute for high line throughput
Siemens PLC + servo positioning reduces assembly variation
Emergency stops and photoelectric sensors protect operators
Adapts to different panel thicknesses (5–12 mm) and fastener specifications
Nailless plywood boxes
Collapsible wooden boxes
Steel-edged export cases
Reusable industrial transport boxes

Galvanized steel strip is delivered to the specified position by the feeder.
The panel is clamped and aligned accurately with the die.
The punch inserts and secures the fastener in one action.
The punch resets and the workpiece advances to the next cycle.
Inspect guards, chains, dies and the feed track, and match the dies to the buckle type. Run the machine empty for 1–2 minutes and confirm smooth, quiet operation.
Place the matched steel strip in the die with the correct orientation. Keep the feed track clear — no stacking, no jammed buckles.
Lay the plywood panel flat on the worktable and align the fastening point with the center of the die. Hold the panel steady so it cannot shift.
Hold the panel with one hand and press start with the other. The machine feeds, presses and resets automatically.
Move the box through each fastening point at a steady pace. Check every point: buckles flat, tight and undamaged, with no cracks or dents in the panel.
Run the machine empty for 10–20 seconds to clear the track, then stop and power off. Clean the table, track and dies, and record the run.
Safety: keep hands out of the pressing, feeding and transmission zones while the machine runs. Stop immediately on jamming, unusual noise or a mis-fastened buckle — never run a faulty machine.
