Can I buy a single machine instead of a complete line?
Yes. Every machine works stand-alone. Many customers start with the buckle machine and steel-edge forming machine, then add the CNC panel saw and hydraulic press as output grows.
Can the equipment be customized for our box sizes?
Yes. Machine structure, tooling, dies and controls are configured around your box dimensions, panel thickness, steel strip specification and buckle format. Sending a finished box sample or drawings gives the fastest, most accurate proposal.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Box dimensions, panel material and thickness, steel strip width, buckle type (samples or photos help), target daily output and your local voltage. With those, we confirm the model, configuration and price.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. We provide installation guidance, commissioning support and operator training — remotely by video and documentation, or on site when the project requires it.
How are the machines packed and shipped?
Machines are wrapped, secured on pallets or in steel-edged plywood cases, and loaded into containers by forklift at our factory. The packing is fumigation-free and export-ready.
What about spare parts and long-term support?
Wear parts and spare parts are available for every model, and our team provides remote diagnosis and maintenance guidance throughout the machine’s service life.
