1. Who we are
This website is operated by Zhucheng Zhiwei Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. (“ZHIWERKS”, “we”, “us”), located at No. 2 Beihuan Road, Economic Development Zone, Zhucheng, Weifang, Shandong, China. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Website content is not a binding offer
Everything published on this website — product descriptions, specifications, images, videos and solution workflows — is provided for general information and as an invitation to inquire. It is not a binding offer to sell. Prices, configurations, specifications and availability are confirmed only in a written quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract issued by us.
3. Product information
Photographs and videos show representative machines and finished boxes; the configuration delivered is the one stated in your order documents. We may improve or adjust specifications in the course of product development. Where any website information differs from your signed contract, the contract governs.
4. Quotations and orders
An order becomes binding only when it is confirmed in writing by both parties, normally through a signed proforma invoice or sales contract stating the model, configuration, price, payment terms and delivery terms. Please verify box dimensions, panel material and thickness, steel strip specification and local voltage before confirming an order.
5. Payment and delivery
Payment terms, Incoterms, packing and lead times are as stated in the order documents. Lead times confirmed at order stage are planned in good faith; if circumstances change, we will inform you as early as possible and agree the next steps with you.
6. Warranty and after-sales support
Equipment is covered by the warranty and after-sales terms stated in your sales contract. Independent of the contract, we provide installation guidance, operator training resources and spare-parts supply for every model we sell, as described on our Services page.
7. Intellectual property
The ZHIWERKS name and logo, and the text, images, videos and layout of this website, belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits our obligations under a signed sales contract for equipment you have purchased.
9. External links
Our pages link to third-party platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Governing law and changes
