Overview

Built around your product

The CNCJ-1224 is the first step of the nailless plywood box line. It sizes plywood panels to programmed dimensions with repeatable rip and cross cuts, so every downstream step — buckle fastening, steel-edge forming and pressing — starts from accurate, consistent panels. Digital settings simplify operation and reduce variation between batches and shifts.

KEY ADVANTAGES

Programmable rip and cross cuts deliver repeatable panels

High-speed cutting keeps the whole line supplied

CNC control simplifies operation and reduces variation

Panels move directly to fastening and edge forming

APPLICATIONS

Plywood panel sizing for nailless boxes

Steel-edged box panel preparation

Collapsible box components

Export case panel production

WORKFLOW

Standard operating sequence

01

Load the panel

Place the plywood sheet on the worktable and secure it with the dedicated clamps.

02

Set dimensions

Enter length, width and quantity on the CNC system — programs can be recalled for repeat orders.

03

Rip & cross cut

The saw completes longitudinal and transverse cuts in one cycle at up to 36 m/min.

04

Transfer panels

Finished panels stack ready for buckle fastening and steel-edge assembly.
