Assembles in minutes
Male-female clasps snap panels together by hand — no nails, no tools, no waiting.
Built for circulation
Disassembles flat for the return trip and reassembles at origin, trip after trip.

Panels ship flat and stack tight, cutting freight and warehouse space.
Fumigation-free export
Plywood and steel construction ships worldwide without fumigation treatment.
What it takes
MACHINES
MATERIALS
Plywood panels, cut to size
Galvanized steel coil, 5 cm wide
Base option: pallet or rubber piers
All machines work stand-alone or as one connected line — the same equipment set scales from a single machine to a full turnkey installation.
From panel to packed case
Sizing
Measure every face of the case, then cut the plywood to length and width on the electronic rip-and-crosscut saw.
Male buckling
Enter the panel length and buckle count, lay the panel in flat, and the machine punches the male buckles at evenly divided spacing.
Female buckling
Switch to the female die, enter the same parameters, and punch the matching female panels the same way.
Snap assembly
Click the male and female panels together as in the cycle below — a finished buckle case, no tools, ready to circulate.
