Steel-Edge Box.
For heavy, high-value cargo that travels far: plywood panels locked in roll-formed galvanized steel edges and pressed flat, rigid and dimensionally stable.

Built for the job
Rigid protection
Steel edges guard panel corners and faces against impact, stacking load and long-haul vibration.
Dimensionally stable
Pressed panels stay flat and true to size, so cases stack cleanly in containers.
Fumigation-free export
Plywood and steel construction ships worldwide without fumigation treatment.
Built to drawing
Panel sizes, edge profiles and case dimensions follow your cargo and container plan.
What it takes
MACHINES
CNC Panel Saw · CNCJ-1224
Cuts plywood panels to the calculated length and width.
/02Nailless Plywood Box Buckle Machine · DA-8000
Punches buckles at evenly divided spacing — just enter length and count.
/03Steel-Edge Forming Machine · GA-8000
Runs fully automatically, turning out right-angle edges that match the male buckles.
/04Steel-Edge Hydraulic Press · YA2500
Presses formed edges onto panels into finished edged boards.
MATERIALS
Plywood panels, cut to size
Galvanized steel coil, 5 cm wide
Galvanized steel coil, 4 cm wide
All machines work stand-alone or as one connected line — the same equipment set scales from a single machine to a full turnkey installation.
From panel to packed case
Sizing
Measure every face of the case, then cut the plywood to length and width on the electronic rip-and-crosscut saw.
Buckling
Enter the panel length and buckle count — the machine divides the spacing evenly on its own. Lay the panel in flat and it starts punching.
Edge forming
At the same time, the same parameters go into the steel-edge machine. It runs fully automatically, turning out right-angle edges that match the male buckles — and stops itself when the count is done.
Pressing
Press the formed right-angle edges onto the panels: out come boards edged in steel, ready to build with.
Assembly
Join all six faces in the sequence shown below and the steel-edge case is complete.
