Start by defining the wooden-box structure, panel thickness, buckle type and steel-strip specification. The same output target may require different tooling, feeding and operating cycles when the product structure changes.
Confirm the product structure
Prepare a finished box, flat drawing, buckle samples and steel-strip samples when possible. If the product is still being designed, key dimensions and the intended connection method are enough for an initial feasibility review.
Evaluate the complete production cycle
Output should not be judged by pressing speed alone. Loading, positioning, changeovers and finished-product handling all affect the actual cycle. Continuous production may benefit from automatic feeding and positioning assistance, while mixed small batches require fast changeovers.
Include maintenance conditions
The equipment must match the available power, air supply, operating space and maintenance capability. Confirming these conditions early reduces adjustment time after delivery and makes spare-parts planning clearer.
