A line upgrade may target higher output, less handling, better consistency or shorter changeovers. Before the project begins, use production data to identify the part of the process that needs the most attention.
Group the product range
Classify existing products by box type, dimensions, steel strip and buckle. The equipment plan should prioritize the main production volume while retaining a practical path for special products.
Map the current process
Record material entry, every processing step, temporary storage and finished-product exit. Actual handling distance and waiting time often reveal more than the nominal speed of one machine.
Confirm the delivery boundary
Define electrical interfaces, air supply, foundations, logistics access, installation timing and trial materials in advance so equipment manufacturing and site preparation can progress together.
