A nailless plywood box is only as consistent as the process that produces it. The ZHIWERKS line connects five machines into one workflow, so panels, buckles and steel edges arrive at each step in the right size, position and quantity.
Step 1 — CNC panel sizing
The CNCJ-1224 panel saw cuts plywood to programmed dimensions with rip and cross cuts in a single cycle. Accurate panels remove the most common source of assembly variation downstream.
Step 2 — Buckle fastening
The DA-8000 buckle machine presses metal fasteners into the panels at programmed positions, 30–60 times per minute, building the connection base of the box.
Step 3 — Steel-edge forming
The GA-8000 roll-forms coiled steel strip into edge profiles and cuts them to length automatically, matched to the panel dimensions.
Step 4 — Hydraulic pressing
The hydraulic press joins steel edges and plywood under uniform force, producing flat, rigid panels that assemble into steel-edged, buckle or foldable boxes.
One accountable partner
Because one manufacturer supplies the complete line, interfaces between machines are designed in from the start — and one team supports selection, installation, training and spare parts.
